Omninos Solutions — they took advantage from me 60000 but never delivered product

Onminos solutions which are operating in the market as a software development company is in actual a sham and a fraud company. They do not have any good team team,
They are operating through two websites omninos.in and omninos.com
Their main motive is to show big dreams to the companies and show portfolio of other developers as their own.
They will take advance from all parties and then will drag the project because they do not have good developers in the first place.

They took away rs 60, 000 (1000$) from us and promised to deliver the project in 15 days.
But even after they did not make much progress and started asking for rs 2.5 lacs to proceed further.
We refused and asked to make refund.,
On this they started to threaten us and asked us to do whatever we want to.
We have all the proofs, skype chats and whats chat and mails as a proof with us.

Omninos solution are cheaters. They stole money from me. I had to work 3 jobs to get that money. I am coming for you Munish Kumar. Believe me I am coming.

Omninos solution is a scam... they are establish to defraud foreigners. any payment made to them is at your own risk..
We gave them a contract made complete payment but we did not get any product... They only advertize that they have clones of major products but all are lies.. they are good in sending design template of apps with no single function... there is no programmer or developer in omninos: its a bunch of scammers and criminals in india.

Munish Kumar and his company omninos solutions mohali are scamers. I paid them in advance for the project (app) they received the money, but they didn't do the job or give me a refund. I started working with them (omninos solutions) in March 2022 and I paid them the agreed upon amount and they promised me to complete this work within two weeks from that date but so far they have not started working and whenever I contact them and ask about the application they promise me that you will start soon. I asked them to either complete this work or give me a refund, but they weren't responsive.
