I had purchased/ ordered one Smart watch in One 21 Store through online website i.e. www.one21store.com on 09th April. After that I have not received any response/ mail information against it till now. I had tried calling to the Customer Service number also, i.e. [protected]. It's saying that as "Switched off". So please help me in this regard and how to get my money back???
