Hi,
Suddenly, I got a msg on my phone saying that an amount of 10, 000 was used on BMS app via Simpl which I never used.
I checked my BMS app and there was no transaction at all.
I've already raised a complaint in their customer service app but it's been more than 40 days and I'm only getting constant calls from them to pay my bill.
And nobody has yet called me to fix the issue. On the day of reporting I gave them all the proof attaching screenshots and everything but since a month there is no response on my ticket raised to them.
