I actually submitted my OnePlus buds pro 2 on 5th Sep, they said to replace the product it takes 2 weeks I said it's fine and there is no call or message to intimate so I called the OnePlus care in Hyderabad nizam palace where I submitted the product to replace they don't even lift the call and one time accepts the call and they speaks simply they will look into the issue so I made the call to customer care many times to report this issue and to make it in a high priority basis, after 1 month they called me and asked for the bank details to refund because unavailability of the product they want to issue the refund, and then after 2 weeks also it didn't refund didn't reflected in my account so I made the call again to the nizam palace Hyderabad branch OnePlus and this time they don't even care about the customer they even speak loudly and say it takes time and one particular time one person from the branch lift the call and kept hold and didn't even spoke, one time they said 2 weeks and its been 1 month 12 days till today so I finally decided to go OnePlus service center and asked for the same issue and this time they said it takes 2 weeks. What the hell is this again 2 weeks means they will take 2 months and they even said I'm the only user so they are taking long, I didn't even expected such kind of behaviour from OnePlus, I have right to know what is exactly happening and I have to speak so I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible but it won't I know because OnePlus never cares about customer the only user is me so they are taking long, every customer is equal to OnePlus or group of customers is important for them???, RIGHT TO BE ASSURED, RIGHT TO BE HEARD, RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESSAL & RIGHT TO CONSUMER EDUCATION, and I am extremely disappointed by OnePlus the worst service I ever seen.
