I purchased an AC ONIDA 1 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC - White (IR125ICY1) on 21st of December. for the same product installation I called so many times and after that on 26th of Jan my AC was installed, but after installation when the technician tries to run the AC then it was not working. Then he told me that there is a PCB issue in this unit. so PCB has to be replaced. Now today is the 10th March and there is no status of the PCB. from last month i called onida regularly and they daily told me that they will escalate the problem to Service Team. I bought a new AC and this is the pathetic service provided by onida.
If you are handling customers like this then it's very good to shut your worst business.
