I have registered the complaint for my Onida 43 FIF TV which is under warranty.

Issue: TV not powering ON due to main PCB board issue
Technician visited the home and said that the board had an issue which needed to be replaced. He ordered the part on the same day 21st April 2021. But still now the part dispatch team is not showing any response. I have asked for an alternative arrangement but still no response.
To whom I need to take it further or shall I need to return the TV because three times I have raised the problem for this New Tv after I bought it.
