Dear sir/madam
I, mahesh chandra tiwari, residing on 24, model town, near idgah bus stand, idgah, agra-282001 (Up) purchased a 43 inch android smart led on 16.10.16 from united traders, sadar bazar, agra vide sale invoice book no. 11 serial no. 525 dated 16.10.16 for rs. 39, 000 (Copy attached). On the time of purchase united traders assured me for tv and ondia, s customer care service.
On 04th october 2018 above led not started, so on 05th october 2018 i register a complaint on onida customer care no.[protected] vide complaint no. 1810h[protected]. After that onida's engineer name mr. Rajvir came and declared that panel is defective and assured that same will be changed in 10 to 15 days.
Again on 22nd oct 2018, 24th oct 2018 and 30th oct 2018 i call on above customer care no. But every time answer is same that "sir, please wait for two days it will be tackled in time".
Then on 02nd november 2018 i contacted to united traders, they call some mr. Ravi, where again a assurance given that "we will try". After that on 04th oct 2018 mr. Sawan, asm onida service called me and told that "it will take another seven days because deepawali holidays are coming". After one week duration on 13th october again i called to mr sawan, he replied me that i am out of station please call to service centre and given no. [protected] of ms. Bhalla. On calling ms. Bhalla, she replied "i can't give you any assurance mr. Sawan is my senior & he will give you proper reply".
I feel very sorry to say that this is the standard of onida's customer service in which they serve their customers.
Onida's tag line is:-
Neighbours envy, owners pride but it should be
Customers envy, owners shame.
In future, i am not going to buy any of onida product and also try it should not to be purchased by my near & dears.
You just think, customers buy tv or led for their entertainment and at the same time they are paying for it and in the meantime any inconvenience faced by customer it is the duty of company to provide the best customer service to its customer.
I also emailed the complained on onida's customer care e-mail
Id at customer. [protected]@onida.com. But sorry to say that nothing reverted back from them till todate. Now it is almost 2 months passed but neither company nor their service center is bother about it.
It is therefore requested that please look into the matter and do the needful.
