I have raised complaint 1901G[protected] five months ago to get spare (door hinge) to fix my front load washing machine. But still now I haven't get any solution from Onida to resolve my issue. The service head has confirmed that company stopped manufacturing my model WC so he said that no chance to give spare. I have bought this machine just 2 years ago and wondering how come company say spare not available. Those who read this message please realize my situation that how I have been struggled these 5 months to wash clothes and provide me solution ASAP.
