[Resolved] Online Dth Service — regarding refund of money

Sir online dth said that i will make dth connection in max.3 days even in lockdown so i paid rs899 to company my transaction i'd is #yrs5153134 but now he is saying it is not possible there is mentioned on website that if any problem exist refund will make immediately but when i mail to company to comapny for refund he is not replying any thing nor customer care is responding, contact numbers are
