I would like to lodge complaint against a Medical Store – Vidharbha medical Shop, chaman shahwali, University Road, Camp Amravati.444602 Maharashtra.

There is no person with D-Pharm/B-Pharm in that medical shop and if doctor prescribed one medicine, they are giving some other medicine.

And very Important think "Medical Area Space"
This medical shop area space is very small, By Indian Government Pharmacy Rule medical Area Space 107.686 square feet . But this medical shop area space is very small, this medical is not eligible for Rules of area space / square Feet.
"Rules are Rules", How permits this medical?
This medical Shop is Illegal to rules of area space/ Square Feet.

please take needful action against this medical Shop.

I have Ordered medicine on urgent basis at OMSI, 10 days back..till now they didn't delivered the medicine, and now they are saying that it may take one month or more, and they cannot predict the delivery time it seems, and if we call them they will not address the customers properly, in turn they will disconnect the calls.
