Dear Sir,
I have ordered (order no. ZIN1-WZZDHTYV) for a print of a photograph on 11.01.2013, the payment was made on the same date. The same was shipped for its destination in Surat via Fedex Courier (Tracking No.[protected] as per email dated 15.01.2013 from ZoomIn Online(India) Pvt. Ltd.
Thereafter I made a call to the customer service desk of the company on 19.01.2013 but no satisfactory answers were given.
Subsequently I also wrote to Fedex Courier on 21.01.2013, but I have received no reply till date.
