Placed order #16257 for dishtv
Spoke with rep n found multi set up box installation isn't possible as we don't have parent vc... Cancelled order..
10mins get a call 12% cancellation charge.. Again another call after 10mins stating 24% cancellation charge
Website says 100% refund in cases where installation not possible or cx cancels.
No email reply... Refund not yet received.. Order placed on 21april2019... No response to calls n email... Plzzz help with this
Called one of the number on website which reached home18.com support... Incorrect support
