I purchased a new Oppo mobile on 1.02.24. After using it for a few weeks, I find my mobile has deformed in shape automatically without any fault of mine. After visiting the E Solution shop (E SOLUTION, 18/1, MOTIJHEEL AVENUE, KOL-74, Phone No:[protected] Mobile No:[protected]) from where I had purchased the mobile, they redirected me to the OPPO service center located at CHINAR PARK. They agree that this may happen post charging or may be done manually when I oppose that, how can that be done manually by me, they tried to stop the argument and asked me to pay an amount of approx.5000/-+ for the repair of the same and to rectify the same. Also, same reply, I got from Oppo Customer care team that this issue can't be covered under warranty period. I am completely shocked and amazed about the explanation of the service I had paid for. I want Full Refund of my downpayment of approx. Rs.5000+ along with Compensation.
