I had approached opulentus for my france - schengen/visit visa processing on 16th july 2013 and started co-ordinating with a lady called ms. Sonia yadav & mr.Sai charan from jubilee hills office. They contacted me with the complete documents that i need to provide. Once i prepared all my documents they asked me to visit their office at jubilee hills. I was asked to make a payment of rs.12500/- + tax and i paid the same via credit card and had signed a agreemnt in which there was no clause about money not being refunded etc. My reg id: opul23935. I was given a online login for their website and asked to upload all the documents for ths visa which i uploded and was given a appointment date to submit documents at vfs office. Once i reached the vfs office they told me that the documents are not in odrer and that i need to re-take an appointment and come back another day. I communicated the same to sai charan and he was lease bothered to respond to my emails or calls. I later contacted sonia and she also started escaping from this scene. When i visited the vfs office i was made to sit in reception for hours and did not allow to meet sonia or saicharan. Then i lost interest to apply for this visa so raised a request for refund. After couple of months i received a legal notice from opulentus stating it is mentioned in the agreement that my money is non-refundable and that i cant claim the same. This is absolute cheating and i feel the background check for opulentus needs to be done completely and shut down if found guilty. The staff working here are just horrible. I lost my money and these fools dint return my documents also.
