My membership number is 01373481 and i am a customer of ortel communications who has been dissatisfied with their services for a long time now. They have stopped broadcasting sony channels for more than 3 months now. And now i am facing a problem re: broadband that after evening, the net is down and the sites either wont open or are taking too long to load. I have already faced this problem in march and april and they took more than a month to solve my problem. So kindly look into this matter and help us poor customers because this company has a history of poor customer service.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 This company and their service is pathetic. All they care about is taking money from their customers. I am still facing problems in the evening and they are yet to do anything about it. Every now and then there is some problem with this company and the customers have to suffer because of their irresponsible and unprofessional attitude.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 Absolutely pathetic. Someone should file a case against this company and shut it down. They are yet to resolve it and have not even responded to my problem properly. This is what happens when greedy politicians get into business.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 I am not talking about those channels. Everyone knows your company has a dispute with Sony because you don't pay them money and these channels probably will never come on your network again I am talking about myi net problem which has been troubling me since 28th July. The sites are taking time to load or are not loading and showing error message. I have complained multiple times now and have changed my plan from Streak to Zest because I am tired of paying your company my hard-earned money. And mark my words, other customers will soon start disconnecting your services. If this problem is not resolved by this month, I wont pay my bill.
