IT IS A MATTER OF DEEP REGRET AND UTMOST CONCERN THAT EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS, CALLS AND COMPLAINS,
ORTEL COMMUNICATION IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING TO MY ISSUE OR NEITHER REACHING OUT TO ME.
I HAVE REGISTERED MULTIPLE COMPLAINS AROUND 10 IN NO.S IN THE PAST 1 MONTH BUT MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
ORTEL COMMUNICATION ONLY REACH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT OF BILL.
ORTEL COMMUNICATION neither have infrastructure nor customer service.
I had horrible experience with ORTEL COMMUNICATION.
I have been raising complains every day from the day.
A new complain number is registered and the only answer I get from them is technical team will reach out to you and resolve within 24 hrs.
Highly unprofessional customer care executives.
They talk on top of our voice, mute the phone and don't listen to our problems.
They dont have any point of escalation.
I am thoroughly dissatisfied, frustrated and tired taking ORTEL COMMUNICATION. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THIS FROM MY LOCALITY AREA ASAP.
We all are educated people, and its not funny paying 700 INR monthly to your account. But we expect a consistent service and responce from customer care executives and your Team.
