[Resolved] Indus Towers Limited — Taken 3000 rs by the name of giving tower plant

Hi
I want to make complaint about a fraud company (INDOOUS TOWER PVT LTD) which used the name of INDUS TOWER PVT LTD.
This company taken away 3000 rs from us by saying that they will provide us 250000 rs for giving them out plot to establish a tower.

i have one check provided by the company worth rs 40 lakh.
they people have taken 3000 rs money and after that they didn't take any action of their comittment.

Dear Girish
This has happened with one of my known person also. The fake company has issued him fake cheque in the 1st week of april 2014 and asked him to deposit application fee of Rs. 3250/- in a bank account. This should be brought to the notice of company and they should do someting about this because people are being cheated by their name. Your post is of 18 June 2013 and it means fraud company is still active and trying to do some more frauds.
