Hello Overcart,
I got my phone(Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB) on 17/09/2016. My Order Number is BST[protected].
Although I have very Bad experience with that phone as there is existing MI account of previous User and you guys send me that Phone without testing and re-checking.
Today I waste my 4 hour and the executive of your company continuously making me fool by giving wrong service centre address.
Whatever I just want that kindly pick up my phone and dispatch other same phone(Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB) from Bangalore just after pick up.
Reason is that I don’t have any phone right now and I can Mange only for one day.
I want my new phone maximum on Friday and Kindly check and remove MI account by switch ON the data first.
I don’t want to paste that review on glassdoor.

As I complaint on Indian consumer complaints Forum on 19th sep 2016 for my Xiomi MI4 WHITE 16GB with order number BST[protected]. Overcart resolved all my issues by providing me a new phone with order number BST[protected] just after dispatching the wrong one.
Thank you so much, You guys are doing really good(Specially Aman).
Keep it up so that we can refer overcart to others also.
