I am very angry and disappointed with Panasonic. I bought the air conditioner model no. CU-YC18NKY-S. The AC wasn't working last 10 days. I have already complain given in your customer care on 21/04/2015 complain no. R[protected] but no any response given from your side. I have spoke with your customer care executive and ahmedabad customer care on Mo. [protected] many times. The executive was not friendly and helpful They kept told me our technician will contact me within 24-48 hours and NOBODY ever person contact me. Your customer executive call me regarding this complain every day and he said that your complain solve as soon possible, tomorrow, today etc. Why are you not solve my complain please tell me. i still waiting your executive for my AC repair but no any person come my office. i waiting your reply...
