Had purchased a TV from Panasonic and it stopped working within its warranty period.I lodged a complaint and I was told that an attendant would look into the problem within 24 hours.However even after 30 hours had passed, I have not been contacted by the customer care nor has an attendant looked into the problem.
Such slack services and lack of concern for the customer's wishes is not expected of a reputed company like Panasonic.br...

I have purchased newly launched mobile mark eluga 2. after 7 days itself i am facing issues with handset.

Sir, I have bought Panasonic Eluga turbo from amazon.
