Panasonic — LED TV 42" out of order

Dear Sir, My LCD TH L 42 E5D TV is out of order due to switch is not getting on. Before that 2 times same problems happened and its being repaired but no engineering applied why it happened and the same problems arises again. The TV was purchased from Guru Maa Enterprises, Rudrapur, Uttrakhand (Bill Attatched) & also complaint was lodged on dt.10.01.2015 at authorised sales and service centre. haldwani.samservices.[protected]@gmail.com; but no response till date. TV warrenty is 3 years. I have already told them to replace my tv, but they repaired. I think there are some major fault which they don't able to identify by the panasonic engineer.
