Panasonic — Microwave oven not working

I have taken Panasonic microwave oven in November 2016 ..since last 8days it is not heating..i had called up customer care and registered complain..one person had come and saw the oven and told that the circuit is spoiled and needs to be changed.he told he will send some person to correct it in 1-2days.since then no one has come and even I'm not able to connect to customer care...plz send someone to fix the problem

And has defective megatron .My mother has a emerson that is ever day for 30 years still works good please replace defective part thanks email i .
