A service person from the service centre had come to change the cartridge on our request but did the complete service of the water purifier. He damaged the power on/off wiring/chip in the process and assured us that he will fix it in next visit. A year passed and since then we had calling this person and panasonic customer care for arranging a person to visit and change the cartridge and fix the power on/off issue.
Shockingly pathetic assurances made by panasonic customer care person. Since today, both these issues are not fixed. We have literally lost our patience chasing for such unsatisfactory service delivered by you and your service centres.
