Panasonic — Smartphone given in service center more than a month

Purchased smart phone from panasonic india on 1st march 2016, within 6 months it get automatically switch off.
It has been a month now problem has not been solve till know. When i call panasonic customer care they always says it is in progress call after a week.
Mobile is panasonic switch.
This problem is not only with smart phone but with all panasonic product.
So please do the need full.
