I have a site measuring 1200 Sq ft. I had constructed a residential building (ground & first floor) having a build up area of 600 sq ft way back in 2001. I had taken water connection in 2010 by paying all the applicable charges back then. But now, the BWSSB officials are asking me to pay prorata charges for the build up area. I have read the news back in March-2020 where it states that residential building have (G+1) are exempt from prorata charges. Please suggest me whether I have to pay pro rata charges or not Was this information helpful? |
