[Resolved]  Parimatch India — I entered wrong account number.

Hi
I have withdrawn Rs. 70, 000 on 02.03.2024 but I mistakenly entered wrong account number. Due to this I have not received the withdrawal amount. I have confirmed with the bank that the account number I provided does not exist. Now I am waiting for the cancelation. But when I write to Parimatch support, I don't get a satisfactory answer. One support agent says to wait a bit and the money will arrive in my bank account. Another support agent says that my money is "frozen".
Every day when I write to them, I get a reply that they are working on my problem. Very poor support.
This app doesn't seem to be trustworthy. The support response is sad.

I don't know what miracle happened in my life, but I contacted my bank's support, where I had to fill out several applications so that the bank could find and identify my transaction. After these actions, the money did arrive in my bank account.
