Parimatch India — Withdrawal keeps being denied, they keep saying maintenance issue but it has been like that for a month now. I tried everything

Parimatch has repeatedly cancelled my withdrawal requests stating maintenance issue no matter what type I used. I tried bank transfer option and I tried AstroPay option but they keep denying my request and not stating anything except try again later for over a month now. They accept my deposit but deny my withdrawal, I won a sum of over 1.7 lakh rupees they are holding hostage
