I took the membership in Mar-2023. When I tried to do booking for 1st time I got the reply stating it's a vacation time and all rooms are booked and asked me to book after July. So I dropped a mail in April 1st week for the July mid. I got the reply stating that booking will be confirmed by May end. After sub-sequent follow up in the month of Jun, on Jun 5 I got a reply stating that all rooms are booked and have asked me to book rooms after Aug 15. It looks like some sort of scam or fraud. I've already lodged a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. Hope these kind of fraud companies don't exist in India and I'm going to proceed legally and will ensure that these people don't cheat anyone further. Was this information helpful? |
