I (Patient ID: 19PGN00093) was taken treatment on March 2019 to October 2019 at your two locations (Nizam pet and Pragathi nager). On that time, I have raised compliant through online for too much taken treatment time and bad quality of teeth set provided (3 times replaced). Then good treatment received by your doctors. Then forth, so many times I have been asked for bills and guarantee card. But not provided and then covid-19 pandemic entered. While treatment time, your doctor said and given 10 years warranty. We paid 60, 000 Rs. Everything available at your desk. Now teeth set is destroyed due to worst quality. It is said by Partha doctor on today (at Pragathi Nagar, Hyd) and doesn’t have any warranty. Would you tell, after 60000 rupees paid, should I taken without assured/warranty teeth? Otherwise, you provided without warranty teeth set for 60000 rupees treatment?
I was selected partha for good treatment in hundreds of Dental hospitals.
