Passport Office Ghaziabad — Mistake in passport

I have received my daughter's passport (passport No.K2909896) and found that there is very casual mistake occured by passport office Ghaziabad.
The mistake is as under:
Date of issue Date of Expiry
14/02/2012 08/02/2012

Its shows that passport expired, before issue. Please correct and reissue the new passport on urgent basis.
