I had ordered Patanjali tablets on Patanjali website. Order No: [protected]. Even after a week, the order was neither shipped nor the status on portal changed hence I cancelled the order and ordered the same tablets on amazon.in. Amazon delivered on the committed date.
Patanjali has failed even to refund. The customer care without understanding just gives false commitments of refund in 3 -4 days. I have already received 3 mails giving false commitments. My ₹1560/- is locked. Kindly support and refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
