Patil Plaza — sub-i am complaining about the illegal parking charges taken by patil plaza at its entrance lobby.

Hi, at patil plaza, near mitra mandal chouk, swargate they are taking illegal parking charge for two wheeler parking saying that this is paid parking, but as per my knowledge of its paid parking then it must show reciept of such parking charges, but they don't have any thing like this even they are not even giving reciept of such charges to bike owners. This is totally illegal please take action against this.
