Pawan Kumar — termination of landline connections

Dear sir
We are using reliance 40 wireline connection in my company smart choice address b 19 sector 2 noida in my name pawan kumar. Billing account no [protected]. I want terminate all 40 lines due to some personal reason.
I send mail many times on your mail id [protected]@relianceada.com but no reply till date. I try to call your customer care[protected] but no one atend my call. I pay already one month advance bill now i will not pay any bill. Please terminate my all lines imidate.
