Sir, This bring to your notice that i have transferred the amount rs 20000 to muthoot finance gold loan account no.01684/msl/0006974 from imuthoot apps on 08.10.2017. Transaction seq. No. Is 302390 But the amount got debited of rs.10029.50 to pur/techprocess payment se/mumbai/techprocess payment se/ seq. No.302390 from sbi bank account no. [protected] but not credit the said gold account. And in the end said error in transaction. I kindly request you to credit the amount to my following sbi bank account- Name: aftabbhai hanifbhai varsi Bank : state bank of india Branch : virsad - borsad A/c.
