I have made a usd 50 payment 05 Oct (Transaction ID-0XJ59458AW3667631), however the transactions got reversed (Transaction ID- 1UE016583R531041B) on Oct 11 and money is lying in paypal account but they are not transferring the same. While trying to approach through there message us option, I got response that account under limitation and asked me to update some documents for regularization and getting money back but that link does not any option to follow that. My debit card and bank account is already linked.
I have been trying to reach your call center for the last several days, the phone is engaged throughout the day. My emails went unanswered for a week. Your customer care number as well as email address has no option to reach customer care which is very irritating.
Again, i wrote back to them on that same day, seeking for the amount, when and how for my refund. They have never ever responded again.
After following up various time also I could not get any resolution nor got my money back. Please transfer the request to supervisor as on messaging nothing is happening. I want to get my funds immediately. Please transfer the call to supervisor or manager and arrange for a call back. Also share proper link (if any) enabling to complete/submit documents (if any). I understand account already put under various restrictions due to which I can not access anything to regularize. Thanks in advance.
They do not have any customer support team or channel through which any customer can approach them,
