PaySense — payment got deducted twice

This is with reference to my loan with loan id sl2397763, my emi due date is 3rd of every month, so on 3rd november it was showing that "you could not deduct amount beacuse nach status is under process so please make payment or pay through neft/ imps" and as i paid on 3rd november through imps from my bank account (You can find the attachment below for transaction details) so that it will not went overdue and doesnt affects credit score but again on 4th novement the amount 10815 also got autodebited from my account which is really inconvenient i mean first you say we couldn't deduct and when client pays from his side and then next day you again deduct the same amount, so this way the payment got deducted from my account twice please look forward to the concern and initiate the refund of one anyone of transaction of 10815 back to my account as i am facing some financial issues.
