PaySense — payment not updated

I have already fore closed my loan account. However, still my account shows as active on the application. I have been following up with the customer care team for past 20 days. Didn't get proper response. Do let me the nodal officer email address or contact number. Hope I would get a response now. if you want I can share my loan account details with you.

We were able to trace the details with your name. We see that your loan has been closed in the system. We have also responded to your query on email. Kindly check your registered email Id & do refer the APP too.

Please note that it takes 30 days for the loan to completely close in the system.
