Peachmode — Return of my different products delivered

I have order 6 items in March and got delivered on may 29.As soon as i opened all products my two products were having different colours (saree). I complaint about that but they said it is same colour you orderd.
I complaint about return after two of delivery date they said your problem will be resolved. I tried many mails and phone calls till today. Today they told your return is not possible now. Please help me because my ordered amount was of 4000 rupees.

Peachmode Customer Care's response Your request for return has been initiated. We have sent you another email with all the details along with the pickup scheduled. Once the pickup no. and tracking number is generated you will receive an email with those details.
If the pick up is not done as per the scheduled time mentioned in the email, please let us know.
