Phablecare — Prolong delay in receiving medicine order. Leading to cancellation and refund not received.

Dear All,

I ordered my medicine on Phable care mobile app on 02 July 2022, medcine worth rupees 2152.24 INR & did online payment through netbanking while purchase. Till 11 July 2022 I never received my medicine, even after several calls to customer care, but all in vain, even the customer care did not have any clue about my order (Order id : 3978995).
So finally on 12 July 2022, I decided to cancel my order and get the refund. Accordingly the customer care was informed. The customer care assured me that the refund will be initiated very soon and the refund will returned back with in 5 days.
As of today on 20th July 2022, I have not received my refund, even after repeatedly request to refund my money to customer care, they are not helpful and always lie that the manager of phable care is informed and I will receive my refund soon.
Looks like some kind of fraud and online cheating to poor customers.
Please do not order any medicines and products from Phable care, they fool and cheat innocent customer in the name of discount and offer.
