PharmEasy — delivery person is harassing me

My medicines were going to get delivered on 29th june 2020 wherein delivery guys called me up & informed that he has forgot the medicine so will deliver next day i. E 30th june.
On 30th i got a call from same guy stating that he has again forgot the medicine so will not be able to deliver and also he has submitted the same medicine to some another guy..
What is this? Medicine ordered was for my mother who is an heart pateint & i do not have medicines at home.
I had called up pharmeasy 4 times on 30th june 2020 but i they did not helped me
