PharmEasy — Non-refund of amount

DEAR SIR,

Madam Jyoti Chauhan's Whatsapp number is [protected], and she sent me a message on the 24th of September asking whether I needed any drugs.
I made an order for the following TWO drugs on September 24, 2021.
PYLOKIT-AC 6 KIT
CARNITISS – PLUS 3 STRIPS
However, on September 28, 2021, I received the following medications:

3 STRIPS CARNITOR
I immediately alerted your representative via Whatsapp, demanding that they provide me the desired drug and arrange for the return of the medicine that was given improperly.
According to your agency, a comeback is in the works. When I've given it to you, I'll give you my OTP. The retun was arranged by her.
And the drugs were taken up from my house the same day.
But, I could not get the refund till date.
When I complained to your person, she arranged for my return by requesting my OTP. However, my money has not been repaid as of yet.
