PharmEasy — Reluctance in delivery of order

My name is Aman Kumar Gautam and I am using the PharmEasy application on my mobile since long. A number of times I have ordered and received the medicines.
But this time I ordered some medicines for my mother and online paid the amount of Rs 995.28. The order No. is M21487352. The order was supposed to get delivered on 09/08/2020 but still I have not received the same. When I tracked the status it was showing that delivery boy failed to locate the address. It is pertinent to mention that on the same address I am receiving every item since long.
