PharmEasy — Return of the medicine denied

On 23rd May we have ordered ceratin medicine. As per PharmEasy policy we can return the medicine within 30 days. On 17th June doctor has changed prescription for one medicine and when we tried to return it was denied.

I spoke with customer care wrote mail and they are excusing that during lockdown time they had changed policy for 10 days return.

Change was never communicated neither on invoice. 30 days return is standard policy of PharmEasy.

During ordering and now under FQA same policy is there.

They has to accept the return.
