I have purchased Nokia Lumia-630 Black, along with the insurance cover, from your Tambaram (Chennai) outlet on 12/Jul/2014 .

Unfortunately, while I was moving the mobile fell down and the Screen got broken on 16/Mar/2015.
I contacted the PICKME customer care on 18/Mar/2015. I've provided [protected] as my registered mobile Number.
110 days have passed and I have not received my phone back. Since I have the insurance cover, I request you to provide me with a new mobile as replacement.
First thing they told is that it had happened because of Negligence. They don't have any business to brand me as negligent.
The person from PickMe, his name is Magesh, picked the mobile on 20/Mar/2015. They were supposed to provide a replacement mobile, but no replacement was provided.
I was later informed that the Insurance got approved on 25/Mar/2015. After many follow ups, it was told that the Insurance company has re-opened my case so getting delayed.
After lots of followups, I was told that I will get my mobile on 30/Jun/2015. When I call again on 30th Jun, I was told that I will get with in seven days.
Today When I called again I was told that again it is pending with the Insurer and it will take 21 days more.
I am exploring all options, including the taking the matter to consumer court.

He again called me. I told him the Bill amount. He asked me with which bank account I have my account. He asked me to open an savings account with a government bank account first and didn't even have the courtesy to wait for my response.
I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the way PICKME treats its customers.
