I had purchased a SONY Xperia C and took an insurance with PickME E-Solutions India Private Limited.
I had given my damaged mobile on 17th of march 2015 to PickME E-Solutions India and till now I had neither received my handset nor REFUND amount.
It is now approx. 4 months and till today customer care people are giving excuses.
I had called to [protected] so many times and every time they assured me that, I will get my 15K something money latest by this week end/month end. but, till now I am struggling to get the same.
I am highly frustrated with the worst service of PickME E-Solutions India.
Sir, such type of shameful and painful service is not acceptable in today’s scenario.
Kindly personally involve in this matter and improve “Pick me Gadget care Experience” and provide me my refund amount at earliest.
