PickMe India — Handset refund... Money refund

Our mobile handset was stolen. We took the insurance from pickmeindia while buying the mobile. We timely did fir and submitted all documents on time. It has been 6 months they have not refunded the amount neither they have given a new handset. It is disgusting that every week i call they say next week or a new date. All details are mentioned in the document.

Mobile (one plus one 64 GB) was submitted to Pick Me sales person on[protected].Since then no further details about the phone has been provided by the company of the approved insurance claim. All the customer care numbers are temporarily off.
