I had purchased a Samsung S5 handset and took an insurance with pickme doorstep solutions
Since there was some problem with the handset we logged a complaint and their person came and collected the handset on 14th April 2015.
It is now 4 months and they have still not returned the mobile. My repeated calls to them ([protected]) has evoked standard response that the insurance company has not released payment for the repairs though they had sent an sms in April that the insurance claim is settled.
Please help to get back my mobile...
