My Name is Sumaiya I have purshase Sony T 2 ultra from Universal which is having a tie up with Pick Me I have given my mobile for repair on 5 Nov 2014 as I have told that I will get my mobile within 1 month but after waiting for so many days I have not got any response from them after calling then they inform me about the estimate then when I call on 29 Nov 2014 they said your approval have come from Insurance co after 24 days Then after talking with many people o[censored]niversal finally I got my mobile after 2 month 5 Jan 2015 . But when I have given my mobile only screen & ear phone was damage . But when I got my mobile back panel is full scratch used with someone & also repair with local workshop . Also both the sim slot not working . I have purshase 3 mobile from Universal & also have insured to pick me its worst Ridiculous Service .
