I recently purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove with glass top in kurnool AP 40days back.With in 30 days a gas leak from 2 nd knob was noticed in the form of burnt out knob which was brought to the notice of local stockist who said it is due to improper greasing. and replaced the knob. With in 2 weeks after that incident suddenly my son complained me today that the glass top was broken into tiny sand like and most of the knob panel is burnt out. when i visited again the kitchenware people told that 2 year warranty doesnt apply for replacement. Hence i am forced to buy another brand gas stove today by exchange along with paying rs 5000 Was this information helpful? |
