I have booked ht times vide serial no. Ht 8021727, vide cheque no. 774681 dt. 01.07.2018 through executive mr. Pankaj (Mobile: [protected]) and vendor name: mr. Praveen (Mobile: [protected]). Though i was promised newspaper after 15 days, but after complaint and perusal, it started around 22.08.2018. Now one gentleman came on 1.10.2018 and asked for money for bill till 1.10.2018. I showed him the receipt i got through your executive and he went, but from next day paper was stopped. This is height of inconvenience to me as i am the reader of hindustan times paper, for the last more than 30 years in different cities of country, where i was posted during my service.
You are requested to look into the matter and resolve early and instruct them to send the paper regularly.
